Santoku build.

If you read the other threads I posted I mentioned I was working on some bigger projects. I finished one up today. 

This is a 5 inch santoku that I've been working on for a bit. The handle is walnut stained ebony that I "distressed" a bit on the edges. I am sure it's not correct compared to tradition but I like it.  

I can definitely see myself making a few more of these. Now I need to make a nice end grain board for pictures instead if my ugly plastic one.
