Pork Tenderloin Kebabs/Baked Pineapple Rice

I can't take credit for creating this recipe.  Got it from a show on the food network called "The Kitchen" (Great show btw)

Only different thing I did from them was that I used Thai red curry paste in the marinade instead of gochujang because I had a jar of it already. And I used a BGE to cook the kebabs on.  Also, I marinated the pork all day when I was at work instead of the recommended 2 hours.

Both the kebabs and the pineapple rice were really really good. One of the best things I've cooked.
