First cook on the raiser from smokeware/shrimp

well tonight I finally used my new smokeware raiser, for shrimp tacos.  Fist thoughts are this is a well made and works as advertised.  One thing that is nice is that it will hold a 22inch Weber grate down below to get next to the coals to sear a steak.  The shrimp however were cooked at the gasket level.   Shrimp were cooked at 550 for just around 2 minutes.  They were seasoned with a little ponzu soy sauce and pineapple head (best stuff on earth).
