3 cheese stuffed burger pies - Pic heavy

Made some huge stuffed burger pies.
Started with ground chuck, stuffed with peppers, onion, bacon, mild cheddar cheese and blue cheese.
Went on the egg around 400. Topped with BBQ sauce and sharp cheddar cheese.
Served with pulled pork queso dip.
