I've even taken leftover beef tenderloin and put it on a Ciabatta with grilled onions, bell pepper, provolone, and ranch. It's awesome.

I don't know what the actual name of it was but it tasted even better than it looked.
Maybe call it a filet cheesesteak sandwich?

@Photo Egg just saying quick thanks for sharing the bon appetit link . . followed this recipe for superbowl sunday and it was very very good.  Wonder if the bon appetit website subscription is worth it?

Thanks...My Aunt used to get the magazine and she always saved it for me.
I really enjoyed them. The write ups were always good and photos were inspirational enough to make even unmotivated like me want to try them.
