Smoked a slab of Spare Ribs using Steve Raichens recipe.
The ribs tasted like the rib appetizers I have had at a Chinese restaurant only better.
Used Cherry Wood for smoke.

Nice. Those duroc have a lot more flavor. I've only had them a couple times but I have some in the freezer. I can't just go to our stores and get good stuff like you guys in Naperville. I'm a bit jealous if you can't tell. Ribs look great!dstearn said:
