Great Weekend

Childhood friend came back home for a couple days to visit so he wanted to use my XL egg a couple days. So we did a couple pizzas on Friday to break him in and beef tenderloin on Saturday. Reversed seared the tenderloin and it turned out perfect. He liked the egg so much he's going to purchase one when he gets back home. I just want to thank everyone on the forum for the help and info because if it wasn't for this site and all the help you guys provide them cooking on the egg would not be near as fun.
