Bistro tender steak - tonight's dinner

Options
Call it what you will, Bistro Tender, Petite Tender, Bistro Filet, Shoulder Tender, or by the muscle name Teres Major, I've never seen this rarely offered steak on a menu. Until now. While checking out the menu for tonight's dinner with some friends and neighbors, I see it's on the list:

Bistro Tender: $18
An 8 oz cut of bistro tender (the second most tender steak cut from the shoulder), seasoned and grilled to your liking. Served with two sides.

This is at a small local Grille that's been around for many years. Haven't gone there in some time, and I don't remember this on the menu before. I think I know what I'll be having.  I've heard of it, but have never seen this cut offered before.
