Red snapper on the large tonight

Picked up some fresh fish today on my off day. Cooked on the egg with a cast iron skillet @ 350 with butter and olive oil. Rubbed with paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.

Looks good! I also like doing fish in CI on the egg! Love some blackened snapper! @KiterTodd to compare it depends on what types of fish you are used to eating in Maryland.

Red Snapper is the most amazing fish....caught from depths of almost 2000ft.
