Venison Sliders, Venison ABTs...,

Made some venison sliders with pepper jack cheese, pickles and a spicy aioli. I seasoned the venison with Dizzy Pig's Game On rub. They came out pretty good. I also stuffed the jalapenos with a mixture of seasoned vension, cream cheese, Colby and monterey cheese. We also snacked on some killer venison sausage with jalapenos and cheese

Deer sausage, like prosciutto, is in the "food that touches the heart with each toke of the culinary crack pipe" category.
My brother gave me a log of mozzarella apple for my birthday. We ate half of it within an hour for a snack.

@saluki2007 It was pretty good. I seasoned up some ground venison on the stove with Game On from Dizzy Pig and then used it as my filler. I will definitely be doing it some more. I have about 100lb of venison in the extra freezer, lol
