Maybe because of pizza in the northeast winter?

Same split on the other side. As you can see I'm still using it until I can get to the dealer to pick up the warranty replacement.  Local dealer was a champ - called, explained situation, new guy I spoke to took my number to check with manager, called back to tell me the piece was on order and then called to let me know it was in. No questions, issues, attempts to charge, etc.  Kudos and thanks to Do It Best Hardware and BGE for the great warranty service
