Beef Tagliata with Reverse Seared Rib Eye Steak on the Minimax (and pics)

At a recent dinner party, we were served Beef Tagliata. An Italian dish of slices of rare steak with shaved Parmesan cheese and rocket salad, it is accompanied by a dressing with rosemary, garlic and lemon. And it was wonderful.

I cooked this at home using the MM to reverse sear some rib eye steak rubbed with DP Cow Lick. It's pretty simple to make, and the dressing is superb with the rocket and Parmesan salad. @TheToast - this is a good use for a DP rub, and it's available in the UK.
