I made those once and concluded the final product was much less than the sum of the parts. They weren't that good (my subjective opinion) and they were a lot of work. ABTs are much better.

Nice bro! Those looks fantastic.. I made some last week and posted that cook on here. I dip the onion in siracha before wrapping the bacon on. I then sprinkle some Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head on them.

I make these often. I douse with some rib before and after wrapping. They aren't much work unless you have midget fingers or have some funky bacon.
Cook up easy and fast. Let em cool good and have a good dipping sauce if you are a sauce dude!
