I'm starting to find that I can't have a day off without smoking something. What an eggdiction this has become...
Today I have a pork shoulder rubbed with a combo of DP Raging River and Dizzy Dust. I used cherry/pecan for smoke and have had it going at 275-300. Smells fantastic!
