Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey. Great table right there.
Now for a PSA; looks like your BGE is sitting on a paver on the table. Far too many BGE/table fires (>0). You should air gap the BGE (in addition to or in place of) the paver to keep the wood below the BGE from drying out and lighting up down the road. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
There's something about not going too hot on the first cook b/c of the gasket.

Welcome. I had the same thoughts on my first 'smoke'. Why did I wait so long? What a great performing piece of equipment. Simplicity, but complexity if you desire.
Portsmouth, VA. LBGE. Missed all this fun till now. Update: Minimax added to arsenal. Hint, don't take off camping for a month after getting a LBGE, and leave it home, it'll cost you plenty. -
Pizza and table are both very nice. Welcome to the cult I mean club.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser
