Roasted Pepper Pizza

i took advantage of the balmy Northeast weather and roasted a few peppers direct 375, then setup fo indirect with pizza stone. By then outdoor temp dropped a bit, but I got the stone up to 575 and made this amazing smokey crispy pizza. Crust was super crispy next time I'll try to get stone up to 600 for the char, but this was terrific. I've grilled pizza on gas grill, kettle and indoors, this was the best.
