Jerk wings and a jerk day

So I haven't posted anything of any worth lately. Here's some walker wood jerk wings. They were frozen when I came home and the wife offered to cook Mac and cheese and cinnamon rolls. Did up some fries with DP Jamaican firewalk seasoning too. Being frozen seems to really help keep them moist but crispy.  Who'd of thunk...

I'd put a hurt on those. Were they frozen when you threw them on the egg?

@caliking they were in a food saver bag, thawed just enough to separate them. I might start doing them this way on purpose.

Snap, going to suck for a while. Hopefully it's an upgrade once you figure it out.
