Mother Nature placed a stylish hat on my egg today. All shoveled out for the next cook.
I want to make some turkey and salmon jerky in the near future. Is there a recipe that doesn't use a lot of salt or do you always have to use lots of salt to make jerky?

Great looking snow.
Something we don't see a lot of down south. When we do get it, it's always messy. Not the dry powder. -
