Very first time smoking

First time I have ever smoked anything! Came out really good. I had some trouble keeping the egg at 220. It would go great for an hour or so then drop temp very quickly. I would open up the vents and it would climb right back up. Did a little research on this site and found several posts of people smoking at 250 to 300. Set the vents at 257 and it held it for 4 hours. End product is awesome!
