Nice marbling! Today I bought a 3.9 pounder for Sunday's supper with a cooking process which starts tomorrow and then overnights to absorb the next stage. It is not an egg recipe, but one that I grew up with that my Mother used to make. She simply called it "beef and noodles". It knocks our socks off and makes my eyes roll back in my head because it is that good!

This already sounds like it's gonna be good.

Haven't seen that roasted beef base before. I usually have their chicken and  beef bases handy, so I'll see if I can find this one at the store.

It's good. Bought at Randall's. 4 bucks for a small bottle.
    Know more on Sunday.
