Protein choice for tonight is Thai Chili wings. Served with a simple salad and Ranch dressing. Trying to start paying attention to carb consumption again. This is a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Recipe and procedure pleaseThe Dude: This is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.Walter Sobchak: Nihilists! *uck me. Thai chicken wings should be their own food group.

Thank you everyone for the comments. I wish I had some wildly inventive, complicated recipe to share with you, but the honest truth is I just sprinkled the wings with some seasoning then dipped in some sauce. Indirect at 375 to internal temp of 170 with a half handful of cherry wood chips.

Simple and delicious, my favorite. I really like the Thai chili rub.Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Love it!

Next batch I might put a heavier layer of rub on the wings, but don't want to get it too heavy.
