Marinated these in Kasundi (home  made tomato / chilli / spice relish that is a good shortcut to a lot of things), soy sauce, syrup (to make it sticky) and chilli sauce.  This is our first direct cook and it did get hot - I spread the burn out to get a good cook and it went off the scale on the thermometer.  The roasters were done in the Egg to avoid having to put the oven on, pre-boiled. seasoned and coated in goose fat.
