Got a new 28" for Christmas and noticed these bumps on the griddle. Normal?

Might be the tack welds from the underside "v" channels. Didn't have them on mine.
-
Just scrub it clean with soap and water and start seasoning it.
"If" you think they are causing any problems give Blackstone a call.
They have excellent customer service.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
Yeah, definitely tack welds. Mine disappeared after a couple uses and seasoning.

Good deal, thanks guys. I'll keep an eye on them as we go. Looking forward to expanding my smashed burger capacity for gatherings now with this thing.--Because I'm like ice, buddy. When I don't like you, you've got problems.
