just some good ole mid week burgers after raking leaves. Basted with a little BBQ sauce before cheese.

    I like that indirect setup as well.  Keeps the burgers from dripping on the fire.

    Nice cook MCN.  Glad to see you posting again. If I remember correctly you sold your L and S and got a XL.  How you like it compared to the combo?

    Thanks bud. Yea I pretty much seared them then moved them up to the top.

    @Mattman3969 hey man! I love my XL. It's great for what we do mostly. I was running into not having enough room for a cook on L and running the small same temp for just more space. With the XL I can set it up like this or just have a lot of space for a bigger cook. Did a 10 lb butt and 17 pound packer side by side last weekend. Our weeknight cooks are few. Mostly just larger weekend cooks. I can see a nice mini or something one day, but our lifestyle this is perfect. We're a family of 5 now, so if anyone comes over we can easily exceed 10 people.

    its some enameled pans my wife has. She loves then. I'll find the name. A lot of the Mennonite Amish stores have them.
