Tomahawk steaks
I recently picked up several Tomahawk steaks and have made one on the BGE. Would love to hear how everyone else is doing them. I had it on Indirect at 350 until the internal temp was 115.

I'm going for round two tonight, I had to cut a fair amount of the bone off so they will fit on the egg. I have a large BGE. I have the steaks marinating right now with garlic salt, pepper, and worcheshire sauce. I'll pull them to get them to room temp before going on the egg.

Looks like you should be hosting a clinic on Tomahawk steak prep!
I use the SV circulator set to 117 and then char them on the cast iron grid on BGE for 90 seconds a side.... -
