Leg of the Almighty Lamb
300ish degrees for two hours while working with a 6.7 pound leg. Tasted amazing and one for the books!

Since it's pricey, it will never be my first option but I wanted something new for a holiday feast. Turned out super juicy and tender, I messed up and didn't use my remote thermometer but got lucky at the 2 hour mark it rang in at 140* IT right on the dot.LBGE

I've been involved in two mass coyote poisonings in the past. Both were due to leg of lamb that I cooked on the egg and had to throw out because it was not fit to eat.
I've haven't had the desire to try again.
Your cook does look very good. -
