  • Nice! Yes, remove the platesetter, order more cross bars and throw on a couple butts and a brisket.....or make pizza high in the dome. You'll love the rig

You have enough room to feed an army now.  You are going to like cooking a pizza up that high.  Picked up a PSWoo2 with elevated rack and cooked a pizza yesterday for lunch, totally happy with the results.  Good luck with your set-up.

And keep one stone as nothing other than a baking stone.  One you can bake and make pizza on with without all the grease built up on it.

Yes the oval stone is next. Other than the wok what do you do to the woo2?

The oval stone also works great on the Woo. Just get the triangle support for it. Ask Tom he will hook you up!

  • Congrats.

I didn't get it for Christmas. But I did get enough cash that once I deposit it I will be ordering that setup. I also have the PsWoo so I should be able to handle anything once I work out the combinations.

I already have a pizza stone and the spider comes as part of the AR combo I purchased. I should have all the bases covered.

With the AR and my PSWoo I really need to set down and think through all the different cooking heights and indirect combinations I can do.

Sure would love a guide that said for AAA cook at XXX degrees and at 999 height with direct/indirect.
