Flatbread Tips or Tricks

I am going to make some flatbread pizza's this year.   I will be using a frozen pizza dough.  I am nervous since I have only used pre-made crust before when I have done pizzas.  Anyone have any tips or tricks to share?

    Follow the temperature + duration instructions that came with the dough.  Using parchment paper to prepare and cook the pizza makes it easy to move it to and from the egg.
