I've got their Smoke Vault gas smoker and I like it. I would have been happy with just that until the Egg fell into my lap.
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

I have their Dutch oven table and I like it. It seems a good value.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

  • I have two Dutch ovens and a dual 60k btu camp grill. I've had that camp grill for 5 years and i still use it when I need to do crawfish or a big seafood boil or something. I have had zero issues.

I have the 60k btu dual burner camp stove. I use it for Chili Cook Offs. Nice stove and works great.

I have their rocket engine twin burner as well. Use it to wok these days. Works just like they have it in the Chinese kitchens.
Sometimes use it outside with a CI skillet to sear the steaks, or when deep frying stuff that makes too much smoke.
    Works great.

@pgprescottAre you thinking about buying?  Or starting to carry their line-up?

They contacted us about retail sales. I've looked them up online and YouTube, they appear to be pretty decent stuff.

We're very happy with our Camp Chef products. We have the Smoke Vault smoker, the Expedition 3 burner stove with both the single and double flat grills and their pizza oven that works with the Expedition. Very solid equipment and well made. Also have several of their CI pieces. Couldn't be more pleased.

For those that have the Camp Chef 60k btu dual burner camp stove, I use a 8" simmer plate. This provides a more even heat distribution within the pan. Works great when I make a batch of Texas Red!

@Hotch, we use those simmer plates too. Works great at controlling the heat for slow simmering. Those 60,000 BTU burners get really hot, even on low heat.
