Second go at beef ribs. Spot on

Made some beef ribs. Rubbed with cosmic cow rub and smoked them with hickory and cherry wood chunks. Took near 8 hrs at 225-245 grate temp. They were amazing.

Great result-way to stay the course. Brisket on a stick. Beef ribs beat their pork cousins every time.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
