Milkfish and hot link fried rice

Fried some minced garlic in the tiny skillet.

then seared both sides of the milkfish on the round CI.   Sprinkled on the fried garlic and squeeze of lemon.

made fried rice with leftover hot link, rice, garlic, egg and soy sauce fried in a another skillet.

I love garlic!  Thanks for lookin'!

    I've seen it in the Commissary lately, never heard of it before either.  Now I know how to cook it.  :triumph:
