Walk Behind Leaf Blower

I'm in the market for a 9 horsepower walk behind leaf blower for my property. My current back pack blower is taking too long and is starting to show its age.

What do you have and what would you get if you had to get one again (Billy Goat, Little Wonder Cub Cadet, etc.)?

Budget: No more than $3K

Suggestions and advice are certainly welcomed.
