Hawaiian Pulled Pork

in Pork
Rubbed the butt with only Hawaiian salt. Wrapped with a banana leaf and cooked at 275 for 8 and half hours. No wood for smoke just Rockwood. Grilled pineapple salsa, yellow rice and kings Hawaiian rolls. Definetly a great change up from traditional smoked pulled pork.
