Boboli Pizza on the Big Green Egg for lunch today

If anyone is interested, the Emile Henry Pizza Stone is on sale at half price on Woot.com today. I've got one, and that reminded me that a pizza sure would be good for lunch. 

I also happened to have (for the first time ever) a package of Boboli pizza crusts. About thirty minutes from idea to table was all it took. 

Yes, I took some photos in case someone wants to see both the Emile Henry Pizza Stone and a Boboli pizza in the process.

It was pretty good. I think Sweetie liked it better than me, but I'm hard to please.

Good timing.  I think you will kick yourself for not buying two or three.  Not only do they make excellent gifts for cooks who appreciate fine cookware, they are handy if you cook multiple pizzas at at time.  I'm sure Woot will have them again in a year or so.

I've never tried the Boboli brand crusts, but I sure do recommend these for a quick, simple and delicious pizza crust.
