Hi All,
I found an 18" aluminum tray that fits the XL Big Green Egg Plate Setter (convEGGtor) almost perfectly.
I use it to collect drippings and keep plate setter from getting dirty.

In their catalog they have other diameters that would work well also with the other Big Green Egg sizes.

I purchased it from a local restaurant supply store.
This it what it looks like on the plate setter, you can see the 18" diameter is almost perfect. I still line the aluminum tray with heavy duty aluminum foil to make cleanup much easier.
It fits very well between the grill grate and the plate setter base and also allows for convection to take place.

Looks great...use a spacer to raise the drip a little off the platesetter. This will stop he dripping from burning.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas

Yeah I usually roll some of the aluminum foil into tubes and place them between the tray and plate setter to prevent the droppings from burning.
