A pork trio of goodness tonight.

Options
A fatty, bratwurst and a couple of sausage stuffed pork chops are on the menu tonight. Cooked indirect at 350 to internal of 160 using cherry wood chips for smoke. Very good. Used a rub from Grillmates cleverly named "Pork Rub."
The sausage stuffed pork chops and brat came from Stripling's in Watkinsville, GA. My lovely wife, who so kindly gave me the Foodsaver yesterday, stopped at Stripling's and picked up a few things the other day. I hope she keeps me around for another 34 years.
