First pork butt

My first pork butt took 12 hours at a dome temp of 220-250 degrees.

Rubbed with olive oil and some leftover brisket seasoning. 

The stall started right at 160 and took almost 3 hours to get to 165.

I bumped the dome temp up to 300 and double wrapped at 170 degrees and pulled at 195.

It was amazing...
