First pork butt
My first pork butt took 12 hours at a dome temp of 220-250 degrees.
Rubbed with olive oil and some leftover brisket seasoning.
The stall started right at 160 and took almost 3 hours to get to 165.
I bumped the dome temp up to 300 and double wrapped at 170 degrees and pulled at 195.
It was amazing...

Looks great, nice job. Remember you didn't have to wait for the stall to be over, you could have warped at 160 with foil, raised the heat and gotten through the stall faster. Sometimes when it hits the stall I will just go ahead and take to 275 to 300 to make the stall not so long and lit it ride till it is done.
