The wife and I went to Roswell Hardware annual Big Green Egg sale and cooking demo. Everything was 15% off so SWMBO bought me the Yeti 20 Soft Side Cooler for Christmas. I also put my name in for the drawing  of a Flame Boss 200, around 3:30 today I get a call from Jeff from Flame Boss telling me I won! I have had my eye on one for a while now. I went and picked it up and had to stop and get a powerball ticket, you never know....

You will definitely love the FB200. I've had mine for about 8 months and it never fails to impress me. Keeps the Egg within 1 or 2 degrees of set point without fail. Take your time and be careful while setting it up on your home wifi network. I have a ridiculously long and complicated password on mine, so it took some time, but once it's set you're golden.

I love my fb200 though I've only done one cook with it so far. The battery power supply should be delivered tomorrow. Ordered it as a Christmas  present to myself.
