Did something different with the chicken thighs. Garlic 101 in the meat side, smoked salt, pepper and paprika under the skin and Miners Mix poultry perfection on the skin.

The wife and I, oldest son and Granddaughter, but we like to cook enough for the week. We both work don't always feel like cooking when we get home.
