My oldest son found round trip tickets from DC to Santiago, Chile for $280 in March, so we are headed to Torres Del Paine National Park in Patagonia to hike the W. Can't wait, have been wanting to do this for quite a long time. 
MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.

    He gets notifications from Travelpirates.com. Copa airlines, pretty sure there are still tickets available in the $300 range. Unfortunately for that price there is a 24 hour layover in Panama City, then an overnight flight to Santiago so it is basically taking us 2 days to get there. 

    We fly out on 14MAR and return 23MAR if you want to join us. Flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas is $50 round trip (via Skyairlines), then it is a couple hours by bus to Peurto Natales for final provisioning, then another couple hours to the park.
