I tried a new meatloaf recipe also. 375*~400* indirect.  It took about 1 1/2 hours to get to 160* IT. Pics show half of it glazed and half unglazed. Essentially followed the Food Wishes recipe but used 2 pounds of 90-10 ground sirloin. Kroger had 90-10 ground sirloin in the tube on sale for $2.99/#. Mrs. 500 said it must have crack in it cause she can't stop eating it. Recipe; http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2007/03/classic-all-american-meatloaf.html?m=1

Very tasty. Recommended.
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

Great thread title-what an entertainer.  "I can see..." Great groceries as well.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
