Thanksgiving Turkey(s)

Said I would post these.
Did 2 14lb brined birds for Turkey Day.  Fried one, and Egged the other.

I injected both with a cajun butter

(Thats Alshon on the left and Jerrell on the right)

Both got a butter bath.

I stuffed the Egg turkey with fresh herbs, onion and oranges and popped it on at 325 F till it hit 155.  Took about 3 1/2 hours total with a 90 minute rest.





I never got a pic of the Fried Bird.
I will say that I was told by many that it was the BEST bird they've ever had.

I won't ever do it another way!
