Very nice! When do you add the cheddar and japs to the dough?

I mix all the dry, flour, salt, yeast and a ltitle sugar then mix in the extra stuff, then the water.
Has worked well in the past.
I tried folding in the extra stuff after the water and mix and it was difficult.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
Nice work, Darian! I still haven't tried the additions.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I used AP flour this time instead of King Arthur Bread that I normally use.
The KA was much better.
Jalapeño cheddar is always my favorite.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
Thanks. I want to try the jalapeno cheddar soon. And I would have mixed it into the wet dough if you had not said otherwise!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
