Turkey turned out amazing. This was my first cook on an egg. BGE lump, 10 pound bird, 325 for a little over 2 hours til internal temp 160. Basic butter, S&P, garlic powder and Mexican spice rub. Let it sit for only about half hour, then on the egg. Turned out pretty good. I'm not a turkey fan, but it was delicious. Sorry, no pics. Too many people ready to eat when it was done. 

I'm going to Costco tomorrow to get some pork butt, ribs, and a brisket. As soon as I can control temps better, then I'll do a brisket. I took the next few weeks off of work so I'll have plenty of time to experiment. I'll definitely post pics of the next cooks.

Just ordered the the Adjustable Rig Combo with all the extras. $303.79 out the door. Man, and I thought owning 3 Jeeps was expensive. Now I just need to explain to my wife why we need this. This coming week I plan on making some New York steaks, Porterhouse steaks, pork shoulder, St. Louis cut and reg spare ribs, then full packer brisket. I got these at Costco today. We will see how it all comes out.

With a back crib like that, that $300 should go unnoticed cuz.
