Mad, crazy ups to my friend, Jeff Rogers here in Atlanta. If you haven't tried his Mac and Cheese, you've gotta try it for Christmas in a few weeks. This is amazing stuff!!!!

That is, quite the range.
Not a bad rip by the CF, but I prefer my mac n cheese like my rubs, clump free and cohesive, with a bechamel.

Sounds good, but it also sounds more like a cheese lasagna than mac-n-cheese. (layers of noodles/cheese).

I made this tonight. It was delicious. I used 1 pound of pasta and about half to 2/3 of the cheese. Everyone thought it was amazing. It was not creamy but I would make again. Thanks for the recommendation.Cheers,
