Lloyd Pans is having a 25% off sale, Thursday thru Sunday. These are commercial grade pans of just about any style and shape you can think of. I am using their deep dish pizza pan as a grease catcher in my XL when I do 6 pork butts. They are deep enough to contain all the rendered fat, available in many diameters, reasonably priced and very heavily built so they hold up. A couple years back I had a near disaster when I had to empty the grease pan mid cook as it was overflowing - Don't be that guy! If you have an adjustable rig and cook multiple pork butts this is the answer to a very real problem. The link to the sale is:
