I have a 20lb bird. I am having a hard time finding a roasting pan that is relatively thick that is not too large for the Large BGE.
What size roasting pan are you all using that fits in your LBGE?

I had the same problem LY. I ended up getting a foil pan and I had to bend the corners slightly to make it fit, I don't recall the exact demensions. I then used a V-rack upside down to hold my bird. Worked well and the family loves the Mad Max recipe.

I measured my large egg then took the tape measure with me to the Dollar Store and paid $1 for my pan.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.

I also have 20lb bird. I bought the large oval pan (with reinforced rods) from Kroger. I bend the edges as needed to fit.
