"How to Bbq right" has some big green egg videos but he cooks on others all pretty much can be translated to the egg though.
epic egging

Not BGE related but the series that truly will help you get to the brisket "promised land" is the Aaron Franklin brisket videos. He really does cut thru the mystique and make it simple to achieve a solid level of success right out of the gate. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

A couple of channels I watched when all I had was a kettle. I still watch them. They're still darn good and translate well to ceramic cookers. BBQ Pit Boys, Smokey Goodness and The Root Boy Cooks. I'm sure others will chime in with channels that use ceramic cookers exclusively, but these shows are still full of good stuff. IMHO, you can't have a conversation about BBQ shows on YouTube without mentioning BBQ Pit Boys.Flint, Michigan

T-Roy Cooks (no egg but offset, WSM, others), Souther Coastal Cooking (Kamado Joe so similar enough and other smokers), Modern Pitmaster is not too shabby if you like to be told to pay attentionLarge BGE (May 2016)

Fred's Music and BBQ vids.
A little bit over the top, and that's fine by me.
Gittin' there... -
Malcolm and baby back are two of my faves. Both aren't egg exclusive, but I like that. Bbq translates, and I think most of us cook on other cookers too.
