Turducken "roll" - How to cook it on the egg

Hello all!  I have a small family so I bought the turducken roll (just the breasts) and I am trying to figure out how to prepare for Thanksgiving. I've seen a lot of info on the "traditional" turducken but nothing on just cooking the "roll".  I am torn between wrapping it in bacon/pancetta or prosciutto or just leaving it "naked".  Any suggestions/thoughts?  Time? Pans?  Thanks!!!!
