After seeing @DoubleEgger 's Boudin ABTs I had a craving! Me and the wife decided to make some boudin poppers since neither of us wanted full blown ABTs. I also threw on some wings with some dreamland BBQ sauce (vinegar base).

Cooked both at 350-400
Wings went indirect
Boudin poppers direct
